Monak Wine Co represents the culmination of 25 years of passionate winemaking experience in the renowned Murray Darling region. As a very small, family-owned producer, our focus is squarely on creating exceptional, hand-made, small-batch wines. We achieve this by forging close relationships with the very best local growers, ensuring that the journey of our wines begins with the highest quality fruit.

Our winemaking philosophy starts and ends in the vineyard. We believe in a hands-on approach, tasting every inch of the vineyards alongside our growers to pinpoint the best selections and optimal harvest times for our wines. Our inaugural vintage in 2020 was a small crush of just 20 tonnes, a deliberate choice that allows us to give each batch of fruit the meticulous care and attention it deserves from the moment it arrives at our winery.

At Monak Wine Co, we believe in intuitive, hands-on winemaking rather than following rigid recipes. We evaluate the wines daily, making decisions along the way to bring out their best attributes and unique character.
